For over 8 years, Empire Oilfield Solutions has been Northern Alberta’s trusted labour partner — and none of that is possible without the thousands of field personnel who show up, suit up, and get the job done. This is our day to give back.
The tournament runs as a 4-person scramble across 18 championship holes, capped off with an awards dinner and live auction in the evening. Sponsorship opportunities available for companies wanting high-visibility presence on the course.
All proceeds support the 3D Children’s Society — a Grande Prairie-based organization that has been providing direct, immediate financial assistance to seriously ill children and their families in Northern Alberta since 1999.
The 3D Children's Society operates as a registered society rather than a registered charity. This means contributions to this year's tournament will receive an official expense receipt, but not a charitable donation receipt for income tax purposes. We want to be upfront about that. The 3D Children's Society made this choice intentionally — it allows them to bypass lengthy charity regulations and get funds directly into the hands of families who need help right away. The impact is real, even if the tax receipt looks different than previous years.
